Having fun (sort of) with Siri

By Marnie Crane June 2, 2017

So this week was a bit crazy for our family - our mini-me, an 8-year old, vivacious soul, is winding down 2nd grade and there's no shortage of school events and running around. I know I'm a little late in the game, but I've recently learned to use Siri, and, well, so has she.

Today I got directions from Siri and, for an Australian male, he sure gets me to the right place! And then I used him to settle a debate about wasps vs. bees as in, wasps are just as good as bees, right? He agreed, proving the person I was sparring with as incorrect. All very nerdy, I know.

We've learned that Siri has a sense of humor and he's been very good to mini-me! She's learned the answers to some questions that are fun to overhear her ask. When she doesn't think I"m paying attention, she loves to attempt conversations with him.

I had to laugh when she recently asked about painted nails. Check out the response below! Although

I still love you, Siri, I'd like you to know that your response warrants an interjection from me - please know that painted nails are sometimes what makes a mom feel human after a day of running around without once stopping to look in the mirror all day long.

If you have some great Siri stories, drop me a line. I think our Siri is hilarious and fun and I hope you do, too.
