TUPPER LAKE, NY – Two iconic Adirondack institutions, The Wild Center and Adirondack Life, have partnered to bring the best in Adirondack photography to visitors throughout the summer. Images from the glossy magazine’s annual photography contest are highlighted in a new Wild Center film, “Visions of Adirondack Life” shown daily in the Flammer Theater.

Stephanie Ratcliffe, executive director of The Wild Center, said, “From the iconic Adirondack mountains to the lesser known landscapes or beckoning close-ups, the Adirondacks are full of breathtaking scenery and small moments. Visitors can enjoy a quick journey through these captured moments this year in the Flammer Theater.”

Adirondack Life creative director Elizabeth Folwell said, “When we suggested bringing the amazing images featured in our April photo issue to a larger audience, and on the big screen, the Wild Center was clearly our best choice. The pictures in this issue show Adirondack landscapes and wildlife that reflect the missions of both organizations so very well. We’re delighted to combine the pages of our publication with the great video technology at the Wild Center to create an extraordinary experience for visitors.”
